I found interesting and you might too:It’s February. Instead of 6 months left before failing, I have 5 left. There’s a time when learnings go full circle: Jannis found his business groove. Don’t ask Yes/No, ask A/B instead. I love Jakob's essays because they make me think. 200+ (free) slides about JavaScript, CSS, React, Git, and more. Narrowing focus down.Do you remember when I told you about the Build in Public Sprint from Kevon? The 30-day challenge seemed an excellent opportunity to restart my X/Twitter journey and reconnect with a bunch of people—I wanted to. Yet, something felt off. And after sleeping on it, I had to let it go for this season. I'm already dribbling between distractions, emails, messages, work, and home demands. Time in a day is limited. There's trade-offs to make. And if I'm honest with myself and sort priorities out, social media dopamine still needs to go on that list. Soon, it'll be. But not now. Looking at the past, I always tried to achieve many things at once. Creating content, getting discovered, building relationships, and starting a business, to name a few. Sometimes, right in this order. Obviously, it didn't work, and I ended up burned out. You can't have your cake and eat it too, right? The answer sat in front of me. One thing. One thing at a time to focus toward something positive. That's why I'm all in on my project now. Remixing Nathan Barry's words, I'm committing to my goal with everything I have—for a season. Narrowing down to one is the reminder to get the most out of what's available. I want to help makers and creators craft engaging tweets and free their time for other tasks. And I never liked the fill-in-the-blank templates. So, building a project this big requires my full attention to bringing the best tool to market. Its codename is Invictus. But more on that another day. Next week, I'll share with you the questions you should ask when working on the foundation of a new product. It's the same process I use while building mine. Until then, have a delicious pizza! Mattia PS: before I go. You might wonder why this codename, Invictus. Long story short, it keeps coming back to me a lot lately. Invictus means unconquerable or undefeated, and the poem proclaims strength in the face of adversity. Here's the most inspiring and famous quote. I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.

I turned procrastination into launching products and leaping into indie-making. Let's explore this path and build a business together! Join along other 500+ makers.
I have been thinking for a long time about whether to write you this email or not. After 29 consecutive issues, season 2 of The Maker Journey is over. I'm dropping it. Over the past few months, I've spread myself too thin with all the ongoing projects: this newsletter, two social media, and two businesses to bootstrap. Life has obviously taken its toll. More often than not, it's been a miracle to find time to cook or clean the house, let alone see friends. And I need a break. I mulled over...
Forty days. The time it took me to realize that we did a great job. I'm talking about BlackTwist's launch. It went live on July 1st, and we spent the following weeks shipping features and improvements. During this time, we've also added five new customers, even though one already churned because of inactivity on Threads. But what amazes me is what we did before the launch. Today, I want to walk you through the strategies and insights into how we made $3.7k in pre-sale for a tool that had yet...
I challenge you to say otherwise. Relaxing under the porch after a delicious lunch is one of the best things in life. Especially when mountains draw shapes on the landscape and cut clouds high in the sky. A true paradise. Freddy, my uncle's dog, glazes over a few times to ensure the situation is under control. Nobody can get near the hammock without Freddy's approval. Everything is so perfect here. But I'm not happy. I'm staring at the horizon, wondering why a few days off turned into weeks...
